Rentals for informal events can book up to 9 months out. Formal events such as weddings can book up to 2 years out.
Group 1: Sauk Prairie Area Community Group, Non-Profit, Sauk Prairie School District Resident
Building only $100/hr
Outdoor Plaza $40/hr
Both $130/hr
*Local schools & non-profits are eligible for discounts
Group 2: Non-Sauk Prairie Community Group or Individual
Building only $120/hr
Outdoor Plaza $60/hr
Both $150/hr
Field Rental
Field Usage $100/hr
Field Lining $150 per time
One Time Irrigation Marking $100 (when staking tents/equipment)
A card must be placed on file when the deposit is submitted It will only be charged for damages or additional cleaning fees if needed. You are able to pay the remainder with a check OR card.
Unless an event is specifically stated as a Sauk Prairie Recreation Department program or a designated partner event, the Sauk Prairie Recreation Department is not affiliated with or endorsing the individual or group renting the facility, nor the purpose of their event. Our facilities are available for public rental, and as such, may be used by a variety of organizations. The views and activities of renters do not reflect those of the Sauk Prairie Recreation Department or the Village of Sauk City.
